REFUND POLICY

• Entries are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• Full refund (minus a small admin fee) is offered in cases of pregnancy or serious illness/injury, with supporting documentation.
• Transfers to another participant are allowed up to 6 weeks before the event.
• No deferrals are available.

 

TRANSFERS

• Free and simple, up to 6 weeks before race day.
• Must be requested by email.

 

SAFETY

• Ultra-distance events have mandatory kit and cut-offs for your protection.
• Shorter events and community challenges have a more relaxed format and are fully open to hikers.
• All events have medical cover and experienced crew.
